• Credit card details (these numbers are not stored in any online database)

Guests may opt out of marketing by using the unsubscribe option on an email, or by emailing bookingroyalsquarehotel@gmail.com.

Personal information may be shared with property staff who provide the stay, and, if a corporate card is used, billing information may be shared with the employer. Third-party providers such as card billing, reservations, and call-centre services may receive what they need to do that work, and are not permitted to use it for anything else. The hotel does not sell personal information.

Information may also be shared where the law, a valid legal process, public authorities, safety, or an emergency requires it.
