What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 10:00. Early check-in is £10, subject to availability. Late check-out is £10 to £25 on request, subject to availability. Arrival from 23:00 to midnight is £10, and arrival after midnight is £25. Please tell us in advance. Reception is staffed from 06:00 to 23:00, with staff available by phone overnight. There is no curfew, and guests receive an entrance access code.
How much is parking?
On-site parking is £8 a night. The car may stay for the hotel stay, until 10:00 on the check-out day.
Are pets allowed?
Cats and dogs only. Small cats and dogs are £20 a day. Large dogs are £30 a day.
Where is the hotel?
Royal Square Hotel is at 117 Coleshill Road, Marston Green, Birmingham B37 7HT. It is within minutes of the NEC, Birmingham Airport, and Marston Green station. A bus stop is directly opposite, and Birmingham International station is nearby.
Do you offer breakfast?
Bed-and-breakfast rates include continental breakfast (£12.99 per person, served 06:30–09:30). Room-only rates do not include breakfast. English breakfast is £14.99 per person, served 07:30–09:30, and is extra on every rate.
Can I cancel?
Advance rates can be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days before arrival, for a 100% refund. Flexible rates can be cancelled free of charge up to 3 days before arrival, for a 100% refund. Non-Refundable rates are not refunded. A late cancellation or no-show is charged at 100% of the full stay on every rate. Each plan is room only or B&B (continental breakfast).
Is there a lift?
No. The hotel has stairs only and is not wheelchair accessible. Rooms 1–7 are on the ground floor, rooms 8–19 are on the first floor, and rooms 20–25 are on the second floor.
What ages of children can stay?
Only children aged 4 to 10 can be accommodated, and they must be with an adult at all times. Children over 10 cannot share a single room with an adult. No cots. The family room sleeps up to 4: one double, one single, plus an extra bed on request.
